• Own and Drive Technology Functional planning for the entire year (Budget & Expenses Tracking).
• Partner with Sr.Directors/Directors in tracking the ESPs, Strategic OKRs and regular reporting of the same with Sr.Leadership.
• Tracking overall budget & expenses (Capex/Opex) and suggest corrective measures, if needed.
• Tracking & reporting of Headcount, resource utilization on weekly/monthly basis.
• Manage DACI Platform routines such as Huddles, Townhalls, HC tracking, Staff meetings.
