As Chief-of-Staff to Vice President

• Support VP in yearly Technology Functional planning for the entire year (Budget & Expenses Tracking)
• Partner with Sr.Directors/Directors in tracking the ESPs, Strategic OKRs and regular reporting of the same with Sr.Leadership
• Tracking overall budget & expenses (Capex/Opex) and suggest corrective measures, if needed

• Conceptualized and rolled-out Paperless store concept across 5 European countries. Digitization of contract workflow by replacing the paper and hence ensures business benefits in the form of enhanced customer experience, reduction of paper costs and reduction of Leakage. This results in the cost saving of over 5mn GBP across 3yrs for the company
