- Worked closely with technology supplier, engineering agencies, and equipment vendors to facilitate punctual deliveries and make any necessary adjustments.
- Formulated SOPs for new grades in line with marketing demand
- Conducted comprehensive training programs for newly onboarded personnel, overseeing regular performance evaluations to maintain optimal levels of safety and productivity.
- Managed entire Shift operation as the Shift In-charge of the converter shop at SMS-2.
- Acquired comprehensive understanding of steel making process, equipment, system, and selection criteria.
- Oversaw the management of Engineering documents, including Functional and Technical descriptions (FDs & TDs), provided by SMS Group following project conclusion.
