Supplies Management: Identifying and purchasing materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for daily operations. I assess quality, pricing, and supplier reliability to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing costs.

Domestic Drive Aways: Securing partnerships with domestic carriers and logistics providers for transportation needs within the country. This includes negotiating contracts for road transport services to facilitate efficient distribution and delivery of goods.

Packaging Solutions: Sourcing appropriate packaging materials that ensure product protection during transit. I select suppliers who offer sustainable and cost-effective solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining product integrity.

Strategic Negotiations with Partners: Engaging in strategic negotiations with logistics partners to optimize supply chain operations, including arrangements such as block space agreements for better pricing and guaranteed capacity on carrier services.
