Supervised the process control at Imaging, LPISM process & develop, ETCH & strip (DES) & surface treatment process Established a new Holl muller Develop, Etch & Strip (DES) lines having a capability of producing 1mil trace width/ 1mil Air Gap flex PCB.

Executed Six Sigma Black Belt Tools which included FMEA, SPC, DOE, Control Plan, Gauge R&R in the assigned Imaging (Clean Room), LPISM Printing & Wet Process (DES & Surface Treatments).

Guided the Six Sigma Black belt Project Team in improving the process capability of the etching process & optimized the process parameters

Enhanced the process capability from 4 mils trace width /4mils Air Gap To 2.5 mils ,Trace width/ 2.5 Mils Air Gap; QDOS Process Etching Capability (Etch Factor) increased from 2.5 To 5


Pivotal member of the factory improvement QCC team and ensured the reduction of short circuit defect from 2.5% to 0.75%
