Job Responsibilities
- Carryout shift operations (Unit operation like Operating Reactors, Filtration equipment's, handling NBL reaction etc.
- Carryout shift unit operation through DCS system.Isolator system with handling of Cytotoxic products
- Handling and monitoring atmospheric distillation, vacuum distillation, column distillation, solvent recovery distillation.
- Handling and Monitoring density separator and workup tank and holding tank operation
- Handling and monitoring heat exchanger, condenser, hot water system, vacuum pump, cooling tower.
- Handling and monitoring reactors, filtration operation.
- Calculate heat load and cooling load according to operation.
- Carry out PH treatment operation.
- Handling of centrifugal pump, diaphragm pump.
- Handling and monitoring Scrubber unit.
- Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment measures
- Reporting of non-conformities and adherence to the correctivepreventive actions in specific areas of operation.
- Maintenance of production related documentsand quality records.
- Overall coordination with other departments related to production activities.
- Adherence to and creating awareness about Standard Operating Procedures and Product specification

- Glass Lined Reactors, Stainless Steel Reactors.Haselloy reactor, Flash and Preparative chromatography column
- Tray Drier, Vacuum Drier, Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer.
- Centrifuge, Ejectors, pumps, scrubber, Hot water system, vaccum pump etc.
Chemicals Handled
- Thionyl Chloride, N butyl lithium in 15% of Hexane and Hydrochloric acid.
- Sodium hydroxide, Hexane, Toluene, Methanol, Sulphuric Acid
- Oxayl chloride, Isopropyl alcohol, DMF, Sodium methoxide
