• Responsible for production of PSLV Sub-assemblies (rocket stages) at Production Complex (PPC) VSSC, TUMBA to increase the number of launches.
• Executed trial assembly of crew module with other sub-systems to bring out the lapses in manufacturing errors before final assembly at Sriharikota.
• Responsible for readiness of Reusable Launch Vehicle for autonomous Landing Experiment, LEX-2 & LEX-3 missions.
• Design of ground use structures like Handling tackles, Support fixtures, tilting fixtures etc., for handling of sub-assembly.

• I looked after Mechanical integration activities of PSLV PS3 STAGE which involves Preassembly and Sub-assembly (rocket stages) operations on Inter Stage 2/3 U (AA2014) Hardware, PS3 Adapter (Carbon Composite Hardware), PS3 Motor (KEVLAR/ TWARON Composite Hardware).
• Special purpose bonding of cable mounts on composite Hardwares for Electrical harness routing.
• Assembly of Honeycomb decks(AA5051). Assembly of avionic packages.
• Assembly of Electromechanical actuators for guidance and control.
• Managed multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Carried out

• Design of brackets and components for telemetry, telecommand, termination & separation plane connectors.
• Fligt Acceptance Vibration Testing of PS3 ADAPTER sub-assembly.
• Design & Qualification testing of AVIONIC Package.
• Provided expert support for end-users, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
• Conducted end-user reviews for modified and new systems.

• Inducted as the team member of Heat shield to look after the Heat shield pre-assembly activities.
• It involves CG Measurement of two head shield halves. Pyro routing and wiring of P- Half of Heat shield PSLV.
• Trial assembly of both halves of Heat shield to find out manufacturing errors. Final assembly of Heat shield with satellite at SDSC SHAR, Sriharikota
• Introduced to PS3 Stage -PSLV - PS3 Adapter for assembly and testing to realize the subassembly.
• Contributed to a role in the prestigious mission of chandrayaan-I
