Helps leadership team in understanding the MDP contribution, evaluating performance and recognition. Also helps MDP to view holistic contribution of each year. De-average the MDP evaluation can be performed through explicit (expectation and recognitions), Guidance and confidence. it is key enabler in De-averaging the MDP evaluation and it can be processed in four steps. In career evolution, different expectation by career stage based on nominal level, performance metrices through client service, sponsor ship, roles, and upward feedback. In footprint & teaming, developing the MDP teams to bring the new client and providing quality services, expanding footprint especially senior MDPs. performance metrices through revenue credits and commercial footprint.
