Responsible for executing of the client requirement thorough evaluation of multiple well scenarios.

• Data Monitoring and setting up Events helping Drilling Engineers to avoid NPT and ILT
• Setting up various displays including Surface, LWD, MWD and Geosteering displays according to client requirements.
• Detailed well engineering modelling including Torque and drag, hydraulics, RoadMap, Correlation, casing points using WITSML data based on client requirements.
• Creating operational activity breakdown and KPI for various wells using WITSML DATA and preparing DDR.
• Creating PDF and LAS file from the RT data on client's request.
• Working with operational field staff and engineering staff, based in the office and drill site to characterize and capture rig performance using suitable rig performance measuring devices.
• Working on Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of drilled wells and creating a base model of correlation to overcome the problems and making more cost savings.
• Operators to perform in depth correlation and observation of offset data to analyze thoroughly and take precautionary measure and detailed post analysis for any issues which are likely to happen in the real-time scenario by looking at the data and analyzing it requires in depth technology and knowledge to move forward.
• Troubleshooting issue regarding WITS and WITSML data and contacting Rig crew, Geologist, Geophysicist or Company man, if required after analyzing the issues.
• Interacting with the crew to acquire the LWD tool deliverable and in an event of missing or bad data.
• To analyze daily drilling reports and perform Real-Time data and display setups which are specific to the operations being carried out on the rig site or section being drilled.
• Setting up Alarms in Displays for surface/downhole parameters to have a easy way to analyses the data to overcome NPT and ILT.
• Good Skills in operating the software WELLVIE and Discovery Web.
• Successfully managed and maintained recruitment pipelines, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.

• Quality control of mud logging, monitoring daily drilling operation. Examining drill cuttings sample and core chips– litho logy, fluorescence and ensuring proper preservation and sample and core dispatch to base. Picking formation tops, coring point, determining casing and TD criteria and other Well site Geologist related responsibilities.
• Acquisition, processing & analysis of real-time drilling as well as Gas data.
• Experience in LWD / MWD operations. Correlation and picking formation tops by interpreting LWD/MWD & Mud logging data, Pre and Post QC of Mud Logging data.
• Supervision and quality control of Mud logging operations and making quick look interpretation on site. Ensuring proper functioning of tools and calibration.
• Preparation of Master/Mud, Hydrocarbon, D’Exponent Logs (both MD & TVD) using GEOLOG WELL MANAGER software.
• Establish Daily Communication and give timely recommendation to team on well progress and incoming plans/program.
• At end of well – complete Final Well reports, dispatch samples, logs and submit all documents and data to head office for further analysis.
• Well Control. Monitoring fluid displacement losses while, drilling, cementing & tripping.
• Training and coaching to local Geolog staff at well site, etc.
• Worked as unit manager at Rajasthan India, for cairn India limited and undertaken responsible project gas specialist for oil India limited with Schlumberger India.

• Maintaining the pre-kick control data when mud or drilling parameters change, pressure evaluations and analysis of control indicators (D’exp, sigma, shale factor, and shale density), monitor shutting & circulation pressure and report to well control personals as needed, monitoring pumping data (SPM, SPP, Lag time, Lag strokes) during kick circulations and necessary operations. Identity probable cause of kick and recommending actions to prevent further occurrences and different formulas for kick intensity and mud loss calculations, monitoring mud (mud vol, mud wt, mud temp, mud cond.etc), Gas and drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, RPM, SPM, SPP, Hook load and Torque etc.) for signs of imbalance of down hole monitoring of hole filling parameters during all trips, continues separation of hydrocarbon gasses, knowledge of FID panels, prepare Gas ratio plot to obtain formation producibility.

• Collection of drilled samples at specified lagged intervals, washing, sieving and drying followed by packing and labelling, microscopic examination of samples and their interpretation, determination of shale density and shale factor, Determination of calcimetry, handling of core samples which include recovery, orientation sampling (packing & sealing). Preparation of required core logs and reports and Rig up and Rig Down procedures and Installation, Operation, maintenance, Calibration of different sensors and trouble shooting of different equipments of mud logging unit.

• I have selected as Field Geologist in SGS India Pvt. Limited, and It is a Multinational Company. May I work in SGS (i.e., from October'04 to December'05). Ultimate aim of this company is prospecting exploration and export to minerals to other countries. I have continued different trainee groups.
