Legal Support Responsibilities:

• Worked with Corporate Legal team to review contracts.
• Facilitated Business Ethics compliance for Novo Nordisk's collaboration partners.
• Assist with TPR reporting, GlobeShare maintenance, and drive Legal/Compliance projects to enhance quality, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
• Proactively engage with lawyers in the APAC region to foster collaboration, innovation, and process improvement initiatives.

• Currently serving as Legal Counsel, responsible for handling all post-merger integration on acquired subsidiaries, creation of global regulatory compliance dashboard, horizontal & vertical compliance projects

• Supported Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cluster countries and UAE in Legal, Ethics & Compliance (LEC) and the Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Review approval of funds for various activities engaging patients and Health care practitioners
• Scrutiny of documentation to uphold business ethics and compliance to prevent bribery, or any kind of monetary malpractices and meeting other compliance requirements
• Management of Stakeholders from the Gulf & Saudi affiliate regions
• Closely work on various compliance tasks and risk reporting
• Conduct workshops for the sales and marketing team to educate on the importance of legal & compliance and the need to appropriate documentation
• In Contracting, drafting various types of agreements and negotiation of terms and conditions
• Template updating and creation of new templates based on the requirement of Stakeholders
• Legal review of documents like Informed consent forms ensures the organization’s safety

• Responsible for Analysis of contracts like Lease agreements, service level agreements and HR-related agreements
• Onboarding and training the AI platform contracts like Trade agreements, Distribution agreements
• Review, assess and maintain the quality of the onboarded contracts and training of AI
• Report client feedback and monthly quality Audits of AI
• Periodic playbook and Data model updating
• Managing team and ensure due diligence
• Assist project lead in managing project and contract database
• Conduct second-level reviews of onboardings done by the team
• Team management and reporting daily targets and client feedback

• Analysis of contracts like Lease agreements, Service level agreements, HR agreements and On-boarding and training of all the AI platform contracts
