• Basic Knowledge of Motherboard bring up, Execution and Debug for Servers ,Laptops, Desktops.
• Using the Hardware Tool- KVM, ITP, Dediprog SPI Flash programmer, Altera USB Blaster for Flashing the systems.

• Service Now Data Accuracy – Reviewing & Matching the records in system with Physical to achieve the 100 % Accuracy.
• Provide routine lab infrastructure maintenance, Lab safety, Security, compliance, HVPIP Audits (Silicon)/EHS/6S/IT support, Inventory Management, Bonded and capital assets tracking
• Co-Ordinate with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) team for Intra building asset movement, Cupboard and Workbench allocation, and Cleaning Trash Disposal.
• Co-ordinate with ITDM Team(IT Device Market) and TAC team for Issuing new Laptop to our New Employees and Sort out the if any PC related Problems.
• Support to get LAB access for New employees Using AGS Link (Access Governance System).
• Managing and Tracking the IT assets,EOL,Non operational scrapping Data using Surplus Tickets in Service Now
• Follow up Logistics Compliance Request(Approval-Finance, logistics, STPI/Customs)shipment to move SEZ.
• CE Certificate Raise for Shipment sent to EEA(European Economic Area)
• Create the PO using Ariba Tool for Local Purchase.

• Maintained the Data Customer Returned Failure (with in Warranty) Systems (Laptop, Desktop and Servers)
• Troubleshoot and Debug the Customer return Units, OS installation, EQM (End Quality Metrics), MCI(Manufacturing Cosmetic Inspection),Packing and share the Data to Sales team for Refurbished.
• Co-ordinate with Internal NPI Engineers for Reduce the Field failures.
• Maintain the Data of Microsoft DPK(Digital Product Key)while using the OS Installation.
• If need any assets need for Customer Failure systems pull from Mentor media, YCH and DELL warehouse.
• If systems not able to get recovery do the Teardown activity (Assets Dismantle) and send it to IRH for Claiming purpose.
• Maintained the Inventory of Faulty Desktop and Notebook motherboards Sent to R-logic for Trouble shooting Activity.
• Co-ordinate with Care team to close if any Discrepancy MWD,(GIDR) of Customer returned units.

• While received the Transport Damaged systems, Harvest the good parts(Inside-DIMM ,Processor, SSD,WLAN,LVDS Cables) it Used for if any parts need for Refurbished systems.
• Maintain and publish the report GRN vs System Account tool (RIMS/MSS).
• Created the Dashboard Using MS Excel for Pre-Packaging materials(Cartons ,Foams ,Keyboard, Mouse, Guides and Accessories) for refurbished systems Activity.

• Basic FA on the failed parts in EQM to find the root cause to fix the same for the future parts.
• Share field failures with production operators
• Audit first 100 systems for new platforms (BQM & EQM).
• Ensure the operators follow the correct assembling process (Usage of Jig, foams & screwdriver torques.)
• Monitor the new product assembling with WI; escalate any assembling related issues to NPI.
• Complete the Configuration check of new products before the live orders come to line.
• Maintain daily workmanship data & share the top failures on weekly basis with necessary Pareto charts.
• Conduct meeting with operators through trainer to discuss about top workmanship issues.
• For workmanship errors, raise & close CAPA within specified SLA.
• To monitor effectiveness of CAPA and escalate to trainer / QA Lead if same issue is repeated.
• Drive workmanship improvements with the help of trainer to reduce top defects.
• To update the EQM & ILI Status board on a weekly basis
• Escalate any major failure to ODM & work with FAE to do the immediate 1st level FA, start screening if needed and get SC from ODM.
• Track issues on all new platforms & Share Quality issues with other regions
• Maintain the QA ISO documents & participate in internal/external ISO audits, review ISO documents on a periodic basis and make changes if required
• Identifies manufacturing trends using data, Applies extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.
• Conducts product 'train the trainer' activities, Provide assistance and training to lower-level team members.
