- Manufacturing of IPV: Working in both cell culture(VERO cell line) and virus culture department in large scale(200L and 1000L) production
- Also worked in small scale(10L) for the IPV tech transfer process
- Experienced in Equipment qualifications(IQ,OQ and PQ) of different equipment (i.e Bioreactors, Process vessel etc.) In a production facility.
- Successfully completed manufacturing runs for IPV bulk production with 2 trials, 3 engineering batches, and 10 PV batches.
- Manufacturing of Antigen-AD26 (J&Js COVID vaccine): Worked in the cell culture department (PER.C6 Cell line)
- Worked with Thermoscientific and Sartorius single use technology and single use bioreactors.
- Executed five commercial batches for Antigen-AD26
