• Completed 17 awareness and training programs of millets and its by-products in various schools within Kokrajhar district in Assam.
• Trained and facilitated 200 agricultural input dealers of Nadia and North 24 Parganas of West Bengal towards completion of DAESI (Diploma in Agricultural Extension Services for Input Dealers) designed by MANAGE, Hyderabad in liaison with SAMETI (State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute),West Bengal in Agricultural Training Centre (ATC), Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.
• Successfully conducted 30 number of five days training program to lead farmers of Nadia and North 24 Parganas District of West Bengal in Agricultural Training Centre(ATC), Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal.
• Successfully conducted 4 number of 2 days training program to Krishi Sakhis in community manage training centre in Titaguri Development Block of Kokrajhar under ASRLM (Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission).
• Developed 8 agri-clinics and agri-business centres in Nadia and North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal with support of SAMETI, West Bengal and NABARD.
• Provided hands - on training to 180 individuals on Apiculture and Nursery Management in RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute), Kokrajhar.
• Completed 7 awareness and 4 orientation programs on Natural Farming amongst small tea growers and farmers within Kokrajhar district of Assam.
• Developed a farmers producer organization dealing with processed and by-products of finger and foxtail millets apart from establishing market linkages of millets in 7 blocks of the district.
• Registered 33 millet producing farmers and issuance of Kishan Credit Cards was done by NABARD and Apex Bank, Kokrajhar was done.

• Participated in National Seminar on Rainfed Agriculture in India : Perspectives and Challenges organized by Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola and Maharashtra Society of Extension Education during 7-9 December, 2016.
• Participated in 20th Annual Convention of the Clay Minerals Society of India (CMSI) in the National Conference on Harnessing Clay Science for Human Welfare at ICAR-NBSSLUP, Nagpur during 17-18th February, 2017.

• Successfully completed Training Program on Managerial Skills, Work Culture and Work Ethics for Agricultural Extension in Extension Education Institute(NE Region) under Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Govt. of India from 27th - 31st August, 2019.
