  • Heading the Technical account management, Program management and delivery management for India, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa contributing to 93% of the organization annual revenues. As head of the region, I am responsible for planning, budgeting, and optimisation of the AOP Programs in line with the business projection, revenue targets and scale of operations. Currently working on deployment of OnMobile's first cloud gaming platform-‘ONMO’ and OnMobile’s first Digital contest platform ‘Challenges Arena’, launched in 19 operators both on paid and Ad funded model and 13 deployments in progress. Managed the Program for implementation of OnMobile’s first Digital Marketing and Payment Gateway platform "OnMo Pay" with 30+ DM partners and 4 payment partners. Also actively involved in deployment and integration of OnMobile’s Advertisement platform on RBT and RBT digital store fronts. Actively involved in solutioning first cloud based RBT handset application supporting Android and iOS. As part of continuous process improvement initiative, I have re-designed the deployment architecture of 2 components in RBT to achieve Cost Saving of INR 7.5 Cr and INR 1.8 Cr annually respectively. I ensure initiating and conducting periodic review meetings with senior management and stakeholders on program/projects performance and SLA adherence.
