- Integrated Apache Pinot (OLAP) for CRM order filtering, reducing Postgres load by 2%, improving uptime from 83% → 100%, and boosting P99 latency by 200%. Optimized SQL performance through query refactoring and covering indexes.
- Delivered cross-platform performance gains across Ktor and Ruby microservices – optimized JVM heap usage and HTTP client engine, reducing CPU utilization by 400% and memory footprint by 200% (became org-wide reference). Improved broken worker concurrency, increasing uptime from 86.7% → 99.8%, and cut Ktor build times by 50% (12 mins → < 5 mins) through Jenkins pipeline optimization and caching.
