• SHIVALIK ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES, Leading manufacturers of automobile spares. They are the only company in Chhattisgarh who had been manufacturing automobile parts for Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, Volvo Eicher & Sonalika Tractors. The plant is fully automated with high pressure moulding line (DISA) & tri-track induction furnace (Inductotherm). They have at present two units & preparing to start the third. They have manufacturing capacity of 2500 tons per month in a single plant.
• SIMPLEX CASTINGS LTD., Manufacturing 600 tonnes of gray iron, 400 tonnes of ductile (S.G) & 100 tonnes of steel per month, against indigenous as well as export order; mainly coke oven items, pumps, pressure valves, ingot mould, blast furnace equipment, railway spares (assemblies), windmill spares & earthmover equipments. Manufacturing equipments are induction furnaces of 3 ton, 1 ton & 10T capacities & cupola furnaces of 6 ton/hr & 18 ton/hr capacities. Also two ARPA machines for green sand molding of 1300 KN capacity.
• SAURABH METALS PVT. LTD, A major supplier of BHEL all over India and is presently manufacturing 300 tonnes of mild steel & 200 tonnes of stainless steel per month with a well equipped CO2 plant for CO2 sand system of moulding. Manufacturing equipments are induction furnaces of 3 ton capacities.

• Arranging all the raw materials for shift wise melting requirements to the shift melters.
• Chasing up for all the tools & tackles regarding melting division for smooth running of furnace.
• Suggesting & analyzing all the scrap compositions to meet the basic needs & also minimizing the cost of the heat.
