- Working with 8 induction and 60 metal holding furnace with capacity of 1 ton & 500 kg liquid metal for zero alloy short production. Also supervision of oil fired and gas fired Tower melting furnace , Chips Melting plant.
- Man power handling with a team of 60 persons Includes, supervisors and associates.
- Metal planning of new and running products.
- Kaizen lead in casting.
- Cost saving leader of Melting (consumables & energy)
- Daily monitoring of Raw material consumption and calculating the burning and other losses.
- Inventory management of melting consumables.
- Document management like PQCT, MANUFACTURING CONTROL CONDITION TABLES, and WORK INSTRUCTIONS.
- Conducting internal process audits
- Handling in process quality and check the counters of past troubles in melting related to quality and safety.
- Doing new casting meager and variable parameters checking in melting.

- Cost saving project of Holding/Melting furnace Crucible Life, Raw material and PNG Consumption.
