• Engine Lay outing, Packaging, project management and delivery & VA/VE of Power Train parts
• CVT design, Layout and packaging of Engine of Maestro Scooter
• Achieved cost savings through weight reduction, design & process optimization in Crankcases/Covers of 125cc Glamour and premium 150cc Scooter
• Successfully managed and delivered 100cc single-speed engine project
• Actively participate in Benchmark, idea generation for VAVE and Cost down activities
• Designed the Transmission system, Gearbox, CVT for BS-VI (Splendor I-Smart, Glamour and Maestro) Projects
• Design and Packaging of Engine components and sub-systems as per vehicle layout for BS-VI Projects
• Lead CFT team for resolving major customer complaints, assist warranty dept with Evaluation of failures and modify the design for elimination of durability failures
• Collaborate with Suppliers, SS team and testing team to resolve issues
• Perform 8D Root Cause analysis, failure analysis and problem solving
• Preparation and release of ECR/ ECN and BOM documents in Data Management systems
• Solved the problem of Gear Box jammed issue of VIDA before Media launch and currently working on multiple speeds Automatic Transmission of HEV and EV Scooters and Bike.

• For Power Train system, Developed Indian vendors for imported parts (CKD) and performed cost reduction of power train parts for BS-VI YAMAHA RAY Scooter and FZ bike.
• Cost saving of YAMAHA RAY and FZ bike through VAVE and material localization

Design of Gearbox and Transmission system, Cooling system, Lubrication system, Lay outing, Packaging for TVS 3 wheeler products.

• Design and development of Gearbox and Transmission system for 3 Wheeler Liquid cooled engine and crankcases for 3 wheeler diesel engines
• Involved in the concept design, layout, and packaging of Transmission and Gearbox for HEV and EV 3-wheeler.
• Contribution in the Design of low cost Transmission system for 3-Wheeler Engine
