Could achieve highest refractory life of kiln by operating kilns steadily.

agencies (SPCB, CPC Band CGWA).

i am also nominated North Zone coordinator for green pro certification.

First time lab scale trail in Ultratech for water repellant and plant scale trail for microfiber cement was done and report was submitted to HO office.

(A green Field Project )Nimbahera Rajasthan Dist:- Chittorgarh unit most modern highly automated cement plant. (capacity 9 MTPA at single location) having Polysious Designed Plant .

The main responsibility assigned to me was for Set up of Full Automated Quality Control Lab ( Robo Lab& BIS Lab), Environment related Clearance , Raw Material Procurement& distribution.

Fully responsible for environment and Quality control of different dept. with assurance of quality of raw materials, intermediate products and cement without any genuine complaint.

Smooth liasoning with BIS and other legal depts., complying with their all requirements.

Installed fully automated polab systems and running CBA with dynamic balancing. Complying 100% stringent group quality marks.

Has major contribution in building the market value from zero and has bought the plant on 1st position in short span of 1 year.

1.As coordinator of IS/ISO 9000 Quality System could get certified Aditya Cement Unit in year 1996.

2. In depth experience in manufacture & quality control of OPC 43&43S& 53&53SGrade, PPC, SRC, IRS-T-40.

3. Cost Reduction by deciding the proper Raw Mix designs with economic usage of fuel.

4. Sorted out quality complaints whenever come across if any.

5. Introduced &stabilized usage of Mineral riser in Aditya.

6. Healthy liasoning with BIS, DGS&D, Weight & Measures &Excise dept. etc.

7. Introduction of cheaper waste products e.g. Coal Fines & other AFR i.e. Zinc Slag, Rice Husk & Mill Scale in place of Iron Ore in Raw Mix. and Phosphorous & Mould Gypsum in place of Mineral Gypsum. ETP Sludge, Tyre Chips, Paint Sludge.

8. Conducted several Mesons, Dealers meet & various awareness Programme for appraising the customers.

9. Implementation & Maintenance of ISO 9001/ 14001 Environmental Management & OHSMS 18001 Systems faced many surveillance & renewal audits. Certified and trained Auditor for all these systems.

10. Implementation & maintenance of TPM.

11. Selected as Material Requirement Planning Controller and QM module in SAP System introduced by Grasim. Mostly obtained outstanding annual increments with one of the highest performance linked variable compensation annually and maximum no. of ESOP's.
