This role requires a strong understanding of the Windows operating system, specifically Windows 10, knowledge of encryption technologies such as BitLocker and McAfee encryption is required, excellent communication skills for both phone support and written communication via email are required, Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, especially related to Lenovo, HP, DELL laptops, and Microsoft Outlook, is important; familiarity with remote access tools is essential to efficiently resolve incidents remotely.
