· Configuration and Support (Estate size over 50K) of BMC Truesight and patrolagent adapter on UNIX servers

· Upgrade/Patching Truesight infrastructure within maintenance window

· Patrol Agent install, upgrade, troubleshoot using HPSA automation tool or manually.

· Testing of in-house UI based automation tool for patrol Configuration amendments.

· User interaction, attend query and troubleshoot L1, L2 issues, attend vendor (BMC) if issue escalates to L3.

· Identify and take measures to improve quality and reduce false alerts to ensure support teams are working at their optimum efficiency.

· Understanding monitoring requirements from different application teams and providing monitoring solutions comes under my responsibility as most senior member of the team.

· Daily tasks involves DevOps methods with latest ITSM tools Jira and Confluence.

· Preparing of SLA report, maintain issue tracker, quality report are my monthly tasks. (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

· Training and mentoring new recruits

· Patrol Agent install, upgrade, troubleshoot using HPSA automation tool or manually.

· User interaction, attend query and troubleshoot L1, L2 issues

· Daily tasks involves DevOps methods with latest ITSM tools Jira and Confluence.

· Work on service now requests to setup monitoring and alerting

· Service Delivery works involving configuration of new monitoring setup with BMC Patrol

· Documentation and Reporting MS Word, Excell, Powerpoint

· Administration of BMC Remedy 7.6 and BMC Proactivenet Performance Management tool.

· As a remedy developer Created Forms, Active links, Filters, Escalations and Web services with developed studio.

· Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Patrol Agent adapter on Windows and Linux servers.

· User management (Addition, Deletion and Modification) on Remedy and BPPM.

· Managing Tools related servers in terms of both application and environment challenges, communicating with vendor and customer.

· Documentation and Reporting

· Software deployment and patch management with automation tools.

· Administration of BMC Server automation and Client Automation tools.
