Responsible for full life cycle of Recruitment (Resume Sourcing till final placement).

Sourcing the valid profiles through job portals like Monster, Naukri and also form social networking sites like Herkey, Linkedinas per job description and screening the profiles.

Experience in Mass mailing, checking for reference, conducting walk-ins for the requirement.

Contacting candidates and conducting preliminary interviews, which include evaluating the Technical skills, Relevant Experience, Expectations, and Notice Period etc.

Scheduling face-to-face and telephonic Interviews for the shortlisted candidates and send interview call letters for the same.

Follow up the candidates till they complete all the rounds of interview

Utilizing Vendor support up to some extend to close the positions effectively timely manner

Follow up the selected candidates until they join to the particular requirement of the client.

Closely working with Hiring Mangers, making a report, and working accordingly on a priority basis.

Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports and updating to the same to Stakeholders
