• Design, Plan, Install, Implement & Troubleshoot TrueSight Product (TSCO,TSIM,TSPS).
• Agile implementation includes Estimations, Release planning, Sprint Planning & Capacity management, Risk Management.
• Prepare Detailed design document, Implementation plans, Blackout plans for every new requirement.
• Establish a consultative relationship with the client at all levels including C-level for mid-to-large accounts.
• Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline generation activities.
• Business Value Assessment.
• Manage Request for Proposal (RFP).
• Demonstrating technical excellence in customer facing situations using BSM solution capability.
• Contributes to sales quota attainment through technical execution and leadership.
• Assist Sales in Business Development.
• Partner Management and collaboration.
• Support to Account managers and provide input regarding business development and solution expertise.
• Work effectively as a team member and leads all core technical milestones on sales opportunities as outlined with sales and SC management.
• Actively engage with Service providers and Partners to generate opportunities.
• Documents and negotiates with customer POC/POV success criteria ensuring a technical win.
• Directs or coordinates supporting sales and marketing activities.
• Enablement sessions for customers, Account Managers and Team members.
• Helped in Achieving close to 1x growth and growing business by 1.5x YoY.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Cloud, RHEL, CentOS, AIX servers.
• Troubleshoot and deploy servers on VMware.
• OS hardening - Disable unwanted service & RPM's without any effect to the application running in the server for more efficiency & security.

• Experience in shell scripting and Puppet Administration.
• Experience in Infrastructure migration.
• Handle data recovery from the crashed VMs to other servers

• Follow ITIL processes for Incident & Change Management.
• Optimize network congestion across servers and to check all the network related issue in the site of Rhapsody/Napster via tools.
• Monitor servers and view the network traffic flow using tools like Nagios, Zabbix
