Designing Salesforce dashboards and serving as the team lead for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.

Responsibilities:

  • Create dashboards that visually represents crucial data derived from either a single Salesforce report or a combination of reports associated with pipeline opportunities. These dashboard focus on displaying the corresponding monetary amounts, aiding in trend identification, quantity sorting, and measurement of the impact of various activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and the types of reports needed for informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine report requirements to ensure the reports align with business goals and provide actionable insights.
