  • Joined as RBH-Head Relationship Banking (AVP) at Chembur Central Avenue Branch. I took over Existing Portfolio of 650 crores in July 2025 with only 2 RMS and 4 vacant portfolios which was depleted with -ve 65 crores. Completed the team with 6 RM’s by Nov’2025 by hiring new RMs.
  • With a strong experience in Sales through Service mentality, I have built a strong team and growing in all parameters. My Current portfolio size is grown to 900 crores till Feb 11,2026.
  • Achievement till date: -
  • Income: The portfolio has Income Target of 6.9 Cr this FY. I have achieved Income of 6.22Cr till 11/02/2026 (At the time of take over Income Achievement was 1.7 Cr).
  • Liability: - The total Liability target of portfolio is incremental target of 134 crores for this FY. I have achieved up to + 96 crores till Feb 12.02.2025 and still growing, by meeting the existing customers and winning back them with fresh fund infusions which resulted in Liability growth.
  • TPP Products: - Against a target of 6 Crores of Life Insurance I have achieved to 4.9 Crores of LI target achievement till Jan 2026.
  • Team Growth: RMs are earning Incentives from Q2 Onwards under my guidance which was 0 at the time of me joining.

  • Joined as Branch Manager (DVP) at Chembur Branch which is 1st branch of CSB in Mumbai.
  • I was handling 54 years old branch which has Total Book size of 536 crores with staff size of 6. Ensuring CASA Book growth along with Revenue Generation along with Audit and Compliance.
  • Handling HNI, Wealth customers who has TRV of more than 50 Lakhs which includes Savings, Current, school and Trust accounts. Focusing on CASA number Acquisition, CASA value growth contributing to branch book size growth.
  • Achievements:
  • Branch was at Book size of 36 Cr as on 31/03/24 and I had grown Branch has grown by 42 Cr as on 31/01/25.
  • Acquisition of Retail TD and Bulk TD. – Branch had Retail TD book size of 102 Cr as on 31/03/24 and till now it has grown to 126 crores. I have Sourced fresh relationship of NBFC with Bulk TD of 250 Cr.
  • Also, handle Asset Book of approximately 100 plus crores with growth in gold loan of 1 crore MTD since August 2024 onwards till date.
  • TPP products including Life Insurance business growth – which is grown by 120 % and qualified all zonal level contests and IRP’s.
  • Also ensuring the contribution towards YSL Demat account growth and revenue generation which is new product at CSB Bank.
  • Gold loan is one of the core products of CSB Bank and this fin. year Branch is growing MOM by 1 crore since August 24.

  • Joined as Associate Vice President in a Job role of Service Manager where in the Key responsibility is to handle the entire Service staff team of Branch. A role as a Back-up Branch Manager. Handling a Mega Branch at Powai with a book size of 1200 crores with a staff size of 20 plus.
  • Key Responsibility Area: - I was handling a team of 10 staff – Training them with complete Banking Operations (includes cash transactions, remittances, customer service requests, trade forex, casa acquisition and sales through service) keeping customer satisfaction as top most priority and daily jobs are in TAT without any escalations and complaints.
  • Ensure the Business generation and closures of team in all Banking products like CASA, Insurance, Assets etc., contributing to branch’s growth.
  • Ensure the complete Operations like Audit and Compliance of Overall Branch is perfectly in sink.
  • Ensure CARE INDEX parameters like Service Quality parameter Scores and litmus feedback of branch is on top level.
  • Achievements:

  • Key Responsibilities: Worked as PBA handling a branch of 550+cr in size. handled a team of 15 members Sales and Non sales. Mainly responsible for entire Operations of the branch along with best contribution in Sales areas also, assisting the branch growth.
  • As a PBA responsible for the Entire Branch Operations, Branch Health & Hygiene Parameters, Audit & Compliance in day-today Branch Operations.
  • Achievements: -
  • I have handled 8 audits of all the branches were posted with Satisfactory Rating with stable operations.
  • Customer processed within TAT with 0% rejections ensuring best service quality to all walk-in customers.
  • All accounts are opened within TAT without any rejection. Job Role also includes all accounts opened are active and not depleted at any given point of time. Also, take care the branch sales target is met with the number of accounts account opened with good NAV sourcing.

Till the year 2018 June Month, the branch reached 200 crores of CASA with my effective contribution which excellent leads for 3 + years.
