• Formulate and develop potent innovative products to expand the categories and meet the consumer needs
• Responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify new and innovative ingredients,technologies,manufacturing process,packaging and cost effectiveness that could develop new product
• Responsible for modification of existing product based on Complexity,Stability,Effectiveness & over all product quality
• Responsible for Scale-up of production batches of formulation,ensuring final product meet specifications

Skillsets:

• Acquired skilled in Active base formulation in both rinse off & leave on system
• Strong knowledge of surfactant system and development of rinse off formulation
• Well versed with Rx base formulation with their clinical in vivo & vitro testing
• Expert in skin & hair care problems with their targeted solution & mechanism
• Expertise in evaluating products, based on their aesthetic qualities.
• Hand in operation of sophisticated instruments like Dermalab and Dystron
• Acquired training and presentation skills for interaction with clients and in housework force
• Expert in conducting Research & Literature survey to explore & implement new technology

• Develop new color cosmetic formulas and products
• Evaluate the physical and chemical properties of prototypes and test samples,using analytical equipment and techniques
• Prepared technical reports documenting the formulation development process and results
