Roles and Responsibilities:

• Resolving various issues on SAAS level for around 20k servers before and after their upgrade in every release

• Developed various shell scripts for audit process to find out the issues across the fleet before the customer notice.

• Prepared workflows for short term fixes which needs to applied in production and stage pods.
• Closely working with product development teams to build standards that drive the highest levels of availability across the SaaS Environment.
• Upgrading different web services to new releases and handling them over to the customers.
• Knowledge in analyzing the various server logs and thread dumps to perform Root Cause Analysis during customer issues.
• Building new labels for patches via Jenkins and applying those patches to different environments as and when required. Monitoring the upgrade via Oracle internal tool(LCM monitoring tool) and analyzing and resolving issues when faced during patching.
• Using different workflows via internal tools to meet customer requirements.
• Monitored automated build and continuous software integration process to drive build/release failure resolution.
• Involved in configuring continuous monitoring tools like Grafana.
• Worked with different teams to design and implement robust solutions to meet client requirements for scalability and performance.
• Logging and Tracking defects in JIRA & Monitoring those Defects and test it when they are in Verify Fix.
• Strong experience in Docker and Kubernetes and implementing it in various projects.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and training new recruits.
