- Worked in Tata steel plant Jamshedpur for errection and commissioning of 3 DE system:-
- Supervision of proper electrical equipment errection and guided for different instruments errection for DE system.
- Checked for each instruments inputs for logic interlock like level sensor, draft transmitter, flow meter, differential pressure transmitter , RTD and dust monitor.
- Checked for each inputs of equipments and same verified from both panel and field side.
- Worked with VCU panel for commissioning of 350 KW HT motor.
- Worked with siemens S7-1500 Plc panel and fully hands on with it.
- Work in JSW Steel Plant for erection and commissioning of DE system for conveyor line:
- Erection of cable tray and laying of cables from panel to field equipment and instruments.
- Works in ABB UMC (100) IMCC motor controller.
- Done troubleshooting during commissioning and successfully rectified the problem and make the correction as required.
- Works on siemens S7 - 1200 PLC panel and successfully execute the troubleshooting.
- Worked in Ambuja Cement for erection and commissioning of FAD system (fly ash dryer system: Responsibilities:
- Erection and commissioning of MV and LV drive and MCC panel.
- Erection and commissioning of field instrument like pressure transmitter, RTD, thermocouple, differential pressure transmitter, vibration sensor, ignition transformer, zero speed switch.
- Erection and commissioning of field devices like vibro-screen, crusher, vibromotor, Rotary airlock, screw conveyor motor, root blower, id fan motor, weighfeeder.
- Worked in ACC Cement, Ametha for erection and commissioning of Bag House & ESP: Responsibilities:
- Inspection of transformer & PLC panel Erection of ESP.
- Proper Checking of earthing of ESP structure and transformer positive terminal.
- Checking proper mA output and voltage from transformer Panel as per design.
- Inspection of Bag House instrument erection and SOV Connection checking as per P&ID.
