Roles & Responsibilities as an Operation Associate AOCC:
1. Collaborative Decision making - command, coordination and control center for the whole airport which brings together three major operational areas –
• Aircrafts
• Passengers
• Baggage and cargo
2. Providing Resources including Bay, Gate, Belts and counters in real time to concern airlines
3. Keep tracks of various interfaces such as ATM/ATC, AFTN & FIDS in successful automation of Airport Operations.
4. Effective setting up of Validations for Transactional Monitoring of Aircraft Movements
5. Working in a real time database application known as SITA AMS
6. Keeps tabs on various incident/accident in aerodrome
AIRPORT MANAGEMENT AND SOLUTION:
Provide real-time flight information to the current as well as the incoming shift for planning and Billing of resources
o Monitor the resource allocation and alert the concern department if there is any deviation
o Capture Passengers / Cargo / Mail (PCM) in co-ordination with airlines to update on Airport Management System for billing purpose of schedule flights

Recording of delay reasons for OTP report
o Co-ordinate with various airlines / agencies for smooth functioning
o inputs of chocks on and chocks off manually to lessen the mismatching of data with Airlines.
o Centralized all the operation around airport.
Performing non-schedule flight billing by collecting accurate data from the handling agency. Planning, analyzing, and generating reports before sending them to the concerned department, which includes bay, gate, and counters allocation; non-schedule tracking; night halt flights record; on-time performance 1 and 2; first bag and last bag delivery report; operations reports; incident and accident report; slot adherence report; passenger analysis report; daily airlines movement report; and delay analysis. Focuses on the end-to-end process operation.
