Project Description: Working with Toyota Financial Service at Toyota Headquarters in US. CEP is the new platform in salesforce used to server customers for service requests, collections, recovery management, insurance and other functionalities.
Environment Readiness: Verified setup across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments prior to each release date.
IT Coordination: Led communication with IT teams regarding environment planning, configuration, and readiness.

Project Description: Working with Toyota Financial Service at Toyota Headquarters in US. Stars is a web based Siebel application in a Siebel Captive Finance V 7.7. It is the foundation for the Toyota Financial CRM System. It if being used by ~3000 associated who interface with TFS customers and their accounts. Stars is migrated from Focus Host application to a true CRM application to meet long term business needs.
Project: Saturn
Project Description: Kraft foods is one of the largest food manufactures in Europe. It the largest chocolates and cookies manufacture in Europe and has taken number one position after the takeover of Cadbury. The sales force is using a Siebel eConsumer Application which is named as SATURN.
SATURN is implemented in 13 countries which include Latin American Countries and Nordic Countries. Each country has separate Siebel Server. Infosys is providing support to the Saturn Application and also Enhancement of the current application.

Project Description: British Telecom is one of the biggest Telecom providers in UK. They are using Siebel 7.8 sales for selling their IVPN product. Siebel is already configured for the product. a number of change requests come per Quarter.
