It is the foundation for the Toyota Financial CRM System. It if being used by ~3000 associated who interface with TFS customers and their accounts. Stars is migrated from Focus Host application to a true CRM application to meet long term business needs.

SATURN is implemented in 13 countries which include Latin American Countries and Nordic Countries. Each country has separate Siebel Server. Infosys is providing support to the Saturn Application and also Enhancement of the current application.


  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Release Management- which includes making the release, plans during the deployments. Also includes taking downtime approval from the countries and also direct communication with them during and after the deployments.
  • Technical support and trouble shooting for all Siebel Admin related issues
  • Coordinating between client and offshore team
  • Managing Servers and Server Components.
  • Full and Incremental compiles on repository.
  • Srf Replacement and Repository Migration.
