• Leading Production Support Team, project management and coordinating with US Team for Issue resolutions.
• Analyze Production Defects and reproduce them in Test Environment. Provide inputs for root cause.
• Perform Automation & Manual Testing during Production Deployment for all Releases.
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Case for various modules in the application and execute Test Cases in HP-Quality Center 11.
