Completed B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University and having 9.3 years of experience in Automotive BIW and Product Design & Development. Have hands on experience on CATIA V5, UG NX, Team center. Have Exposure of working with customer like TASL, HMCL, VW, Daimler, Magna, JLR and Volvo.

• Design and development of the BIW aggregates, concept preparation for reinforcement & joinery as per data.
• Feasibility study for tooling for the same.
• DMU, BOM, Proposals PPT for the aggregates, Modifications as suggested from CAE /Meetings implementation, also supporting other teams for DMU reviews.
• Tooling related process study, weld gun study, GD&T& accessibility.
• Designing of various BIW parts for different assemblies as per the customer’s standards.
• ER&D, Manufacturing, Concept Design, 3D finishes, Detailing of BIW Components.
• Create manufacturing 2D drawings and Part list (BOM)
• Assy Structure Preparation as per standards.
• Drawing checking & releases for the DR gates as per Customer scope.
• Design modifications in the existing tools to incorporate new variants.
• DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM documents as per new Components design.
