• Handled and led company successfully in internal, external and government statutory audits.
• Appointed Regional SPOC for AON HEWITT Employee Engagement Survey with 96 % participation rate.
• Lead region in achieving best HR Metrics by effective communication and encouraging participation of employees across region.
