Accounts Payable & Receivables Finance

• Reconciliation of accounts on daily basis and provide update to our senior management about the ageing items.

• Clearing transactions from CSAW for Sanctions hits captured.
• Clearing transactions from Trims for Non-Sanctions hits captured.
• Payment’s processing to buyers and suppliers via different platforms (Ex. Citidirect (ACH, SWIFT, WIRE etc), Trims, Swift Messages MT202, MT199, MT103 etc).
• Provide proper documentation to Accounting to perform journal entries in general ledger related to supply chain variances.

FINANCE RISK SHARED SERVICES

• Working for Institutional Client Group (ICG) and Global Consumer Banking (GCB).
• Analysis of General Ledger Accounting activity for the EMEA region (East, Middle East & Africa) and partner with the Corporate General Ledger Accounting team.
• Analysis of Balance Sheet and P&L Accounts on Country level, Segment Level.
• Ensure accuracy and timelines of all EMEA region period-end closes, financial reporting, and consolidation with corporate books and records.
• Perform P&L variance, Balance Sheet variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets with the help of financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures and processes and ensure that proper controls are in place.  Ensure off-line reporting reconciles with existing system based management reporting.
• Monthly presentation and overview needs to be given to our Leads to understand the movement of transactions which is MOM (Month on Month) and YOY (Year on Year).
• Resolving queries that are asked from clients, stakeholders, VP’s & Sr VP’s which can be the variance analysis or detailed analysis of the specific accounts.
• Financial Reports are generated from the system called as SMART, PEARL, ESSBASE & IFW. ( Dump Data are retrieve from these system).
• Final reports need to be explained with our end clients/stakeholders at every month end to understand the analysis.

BLOOMBERG LP

• Analysis of Financial and Non-financial Reports.
• Analysis of Municipal Bond/Securities along with Bloomberg LP team from the Preliminary phase through the Municipal New Issuance, and adding the same to the Bloomberg Terminal every day.
• Pricing of bond/securities, working with municipal underwriters to price the bond based on maturity and interest rates, procuring other critical information for new issues.
• Quality assurance for work performed by team members.
• Providing feedback based on work performed by the team members.
• Client interaction at an extremely high volume due to the urgency surrounding New Issuance
• Working with our TSP and coordinating new issuances
