Currently, I lead a team of over 30 FTEs as the Collections/Deductions Senior Manager for a prominent CPG beverage global leader. I am responsible for driving SLA performance improvements through transformative strategies and in-house industrial solutions. I am actively involved in implementing innovative projects aimed at achieving client savings and cost effectiveness through Propensity to Pay Tool and Reserve Balance Reduction. I am also facilitating knowledge transfers for both onshore and offshore operations, utilizing my expertise in credit card operations and chargeback dispute resolutions. My proficiency in SAP allows me to orchestrate an AR migration to HANA S4, and I am currently vested in migration of BRIM and trying to bridge the gaps while running operations.

• Proficient in end to end debt collection strategies, including investigation, reconciliation, collection towards client account and situation analysis.
• Contacting customers via email/phone for outstanding invoices with the assigned portfolio.
• Maintaining accurate records in internal collection system of all communication with clients.
• Record accurate details of dispute via ICI tickets that raise from collection, email/calls for referral to the relevant internal departments and follow-up as needed.
• Investigate all the credit items from the assigned portfolio and submit to the relevant department.
• Support internal adjustment process.
• Maintain collection records in internal system (Getpaid).
• Working with teammates to ensure that appropriate reconciliation reports are identified and produced.
• Preparing MIS reports for the process such as, daily aging report, productivity report, team dashboard, Cisco calls report, Getpaid Que report, Cash forecasting report, provision for bad, debt report, etc.
