  • Visiting academic counselor, Odisha State Open University, (Jan 2018 to Jan 2019). My responsibility was to take classes and provide academic counselling to students of different courses like PG Diploma in journalism and Mass Communication, Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, Certificate course in Journalism and Mass Communication. Organizing seminars, workshops and practical on Print, electronic and web media as well as evaluation of assignment of students are my concern. My responsibilities are also helping university through preparing self learning materials and supplementary learning resources.


Election Commission of India Assignment 

  • Govt Media Co-ordinator, Simultaneous Election 2014, Dhenkanal, Odisha, (March 2014 to May 2014) I was deputed to Dhenkanal District election office from 20th March to 4th May 2014 for handling media cell during code of conduct period of Simultaneous (Assembly and Parliament) election. My responsibility was to prepare media kit, writing press release, informing media about initiative of Govt. on voters awareness programme under Systematic voters education and electoral participation(SVEEP), addressing print and electronic media daily about circular of Chief Election Commission of India for maintaining ethical practice in electioneering process and punitive action against rule violators. As a part of Media Certification and monitoring Committee (MCMC), my responsibilities included monitoring media coverages violating model code of conduct, advising District election officer for taking action against rule violator, coordinating discussion with state and central observers regarding response of media and intervention of Government for smooth functioning of the election. As a result, Dhenkanal district stood first in State for highest record in SVEEP campaign.


Master Trainer in Youth RedCross

  • YABC Trainer, Youth as Agent of Behavioural Change (YABC), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, (December2017) Have imparted national level Training of Peer Educators of Youth as Agent of Behavioural Change (YABC), a global campaign, held from 23-27 December, 2017, organized by International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Indian Red Cross in Bhubaneswar. My responsibilities included conducting training of trainers on “Peer Education”as well as to train more than 1500 Youth Red Cross volunteers, 150 Counselors of all districts of Odisha. It helped to improve create a panel of resource persons for Red Cross in Odisha.
