With over 22 years of consolidated experience, I have had the privilege of working across various facets including Consulting, Architecting Solutions, Portfolio Management with P&L ownership, Transition Management, and Pre-Sales. My journey has equipped me with robust competencies and skills, particularly in the spheres of Industrial IoT, Industrial Automation/OT, MES-Manufacturing Execution System, and Supply Chain Solutions. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work across different industry verticals, both in Process industries such as CPG, F&B, Apparel, Pharma, Mining, Chemical and Oil & Gas-Downstream, as well as in Discrete industries like Automotive, Industrial Equipment etc. This diverse exposure has enriched my understanding and approach to addressing varied industry challenges and crafting tailored solutions. I have lead practice and sub-practices with over 500 talented team members spread across different geographies. My key performance indicators have always focused on top-line growth, margin/EBIT, customer satisfaction, team retention and building, practice branding, capability building, and delivering excellence.

The solution framework devised during Carrier and OTIS plant assessments has successfully secured consulting opportunities with Domino and Veolia. Additionally, transformation deals like AVEVA MES Implementation and global roll-outs for clients such as Avient, Kenvue, and Domino are significantly contributing to our MES practice growth..
