4- Manage the entire Ops Dept. Arranging the Pick-ups Delivery & Other Manual works related in Ops Dept. Manage load for 19 Dexter's /Franchisee and DC.
5- Responsible to make Locus. Create route no for fast processing and Myntra shipping label.
6-Handling customer grievances.

7- Managing COD & Prepaid orders.
8- Generate the Inbound & outbound MIS for Daily basis and work it.
