• Held end-to-end ownership of Linux VM infrastructure, including monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution.

• Provided application support, especially during critical outages and alert handling scenarios.

• Collaborated with application teams to coordinate planned and unplanned outages, ensuring minimal disruption.

• Performed regular Linux patch upgrades, maintenance activities, and system recovery as needed.

• Managed ETL-based batch data processing and job scheduling using Autosys, ensuring timely and accurate data workflows.

• Worked closely with development, operations, and cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
