Third Party Collateral Management Service Delivery:

• Performed margin call bookings in a timely manner using ACADIA platforms (worked for both EMEA and APAC clients).
• Reconcile securities and cash movements between the collateral management systems (INTELLIMATCH) with custody statement.
• Investigate margin call disputes on Tri-Resolve and with counterparties.
• Investigate with the settlement team on the fails movements.
• Maintained record of upcoming maturity of bond and performing substitution.

Collateral Management Process

• Performing reconciliation activity between, to avoid any kind of collateral discrepancy.
• Performing daily margin call process, front to back, for specified clients.
• Margin call issue and chasing clients for unanswered margin call.
• Investigating disputed calls and liaising with client, MO, and legal team on various aspects of disputed margin calls.
• Chasing clients on failed or missed payments.
• Investigating with the settlement team on all bonds that have not settled in the market.
• Investigate the reason for unmatched, mismatched trades and liaising with the broker, client, and custody.
• In addition, I was involved in trade settlement, which included managing repo collateral fails.
• Investigate the reason for unmatched, mismatched trades and liaising with the broker, client, and custody.
• Investigating with the settlement team on all bonds that have not settled in the market.

Other Activities and People Management

• Allocating the daily operations to team members and ensuring that the deadlines and controls defined in the SLAs are met.
• Continuous mailbox monitoring, timely resolution of client queries, and escalation of issues.
• Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to oversight, mail monitoring, and highlighting the important points, helping to streamline the process.
• Developed and implemented policies, procedures and systems to ensure the efficient operation of the ASC.

• Conducting inspections for multiple banks, as per the data provided by the back office.
• Performing inspections on bank loans, such as business loans, home loans, and personal loans.
