Instrumental in developing and liaising with empanelled vendors of the firm to design, develop and manage the Talent program for senior and middle management staff. These are flagship events and are a part of the people initiatives of the organization.
Single handedly migrated the metrics and dashboard reporting process from Malaysia and Srilanka to bring it under one roof thereby delivering tangible FTE saves and streamlining the process of reporting. This has only grown from strength to strength.
