  • Lead related aspects of learning program across MSS Banking, enabling others to commit to journey, mobilizing cross functional resources required and taking responsibility for learning journey from design to delivery.
  • Oversee development, where appropriate of blended and scalable learning and training solutions, evaluating both face-to-face, virtual, and digital solutions for delivery to large audience throughout organization (including management of external vendors, where appropriate).

Accomplishments

Lead the end to end of the Global Learning Conference with over 600 + participants across 34 countries globally for the Securities Services Franchise of HSBC. This was highly appreciated and was a great success and is still continuing year on year.

Instrumental in developing and liaising with empanelled vendors of the firm to design, develop and manage the Talent program for senior and middle management staff. These are flagship events and are a part of the people initiatives of the organization.

Single handedly migrated the metrics and dashboard reporting process from Malaysia and Srilanka to bring it under one roof thereby delivering tangible FTE saves and streamlining the process of reporting. This has only grown from strength to strength.

Designed and developed the Training Dashboard for business, reporting on key parameters thereby helping business and function heads to take informed decisions and focus on the key areas.
