Strong knowledge on SIP registration process and call scenarios like call hold, MoH, Call Forwarding, Call transfer, Call forking, Conference etc. Good knowledge on IMS (IP-Multimedia Subsystem). Having good understanding on IMS architecture, nodes like P-CSCF, S-CSCF, I-CSCF, HSS, BGCF, TAS, MGCF and IMS call flows. Having very good knowledge about Product Deployment, Testing, Application support and Maintenance. Experience in tools like Wireshark and SIPP, and bug reporting tool JIRA, Ticketing tool OCEANE. Worked on different sites as SBC deployment engineer. Communicating with client regarding impact of issue with SLA. Performed AT in front of customer.
