• 5 LM's working under North region.
  Co-ordination with all LM's & Handling their hunter related query & helping for cases closures.
• Quality checks for their on hunter actioned cases.
• Handling Pre approved hunter system related activity for Credit Card & Personal Loan ( Batch & Online).
• Cards & PL hunter applications Investigating & taking decision according.
• Collecting MIS ( Card ) from regional team, Prepared consolidated report & Uploaded hunter decision in Jocata system.
• Collecting MIS ( PL ) from central team, Prepared consolidated report & Uploaded hunter decision in Jocata system.( Pan India )
• Batch data processing in hunter & publishing hunter decision to Credit team. ( Pan India )
• Hunter Training & Guidance.

2)Post Activity

• Post investigation activity for Credit card on approved cases.
• Reviewing post approval credit card cases on daily basis (North Region)
• Investigating suspicious cases & take a final decision.
• Highlighting Negative / Fraud applications to Regional Head for card cancellation approval.

3)Other Activity

• Monthly billing activity of hunter (Experian) for CC & PL product
• Mail co-ordination with underwriting / Business team for closers of priority cases.
• Highlighting Hunter / Jocata issue to supervisor.
• Negative data update in Hunter.
• Manual application creation in hunter for negative cases.
• Maintain setup company tracker.
• Close look on unethical activities / practices happens in bank premises & highlight to seniors.
