• Omnichannel Platform Development :

Built a scalable backend platform for Owndays Singapore to replicate Lenskart India’s omnichannel success. Designed and implemented a headless system supporting multi-organization operations, leading to an increase in monthly orders from 100–120 to 2000–2500. Architecture was later reused by teams like John Jacobs and Aqualens, improving system reusability and scalability.

• In-House Wallet System Development :

Collaboratively built a scalable in-house wallet system to replace third-party wallet service, supporting multi-org membership points and gift cards. Took primary ownership within my team to ensure functional correctness and business alignment. Executed a phased migration with zero disruption, enabling smooth onboarding and powering new revenue streams.

• API Development & Data Migration :

Planned and executed migration of critical business data from Owndays' datastore systems into Lenskart’s unified infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Built robust APIs to support web, mobile, and offline store operations across inventory, warehouse and other primary services, enabling seamless omnichannel functionality and future scalability.

• Platform Enhancements & Operational Excellence:

Enhanced platform capabilities by integrating Atome and GrabPay payment gateways, centralizing customer communication, and restructuring Clevertap analytics for deeper marketing insights. Built cron jobs for reporting like inventory status, orders, and points expirations, improving operational visibility.

• Developed the company’s e-commerce platform with a Shopify-backed store and user engagement module.
• Built a personal expense tracker with 3-month breakdowns.
• Integrated daily gold saving via Safegold APIs and Razorpay.

• Delivered FitTV, a video-on-demand platform using AWS Lambda, MediaConvert, CloudFront, and S3.
• Built B2B solutions with ExpressJS, MongoDB, Redis, used by 20+ companies with 99% uptime.

• Built reminder and meal notification features in Java and Android.
• Designed and developed the Bon Happetee online diet chat platform.
