• The IT function at a plant location focuses on managing infrastructure (network, hardware, security), supporting production systems, and providing help desk services. It ensures smooth operations by integrating IT with Operations Technology (OT).

• IT collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their needs, particularly for ERP systems, aligning business processes with technology. This involves regular communication, project management, and change management for ERP. IT handles system maintenance, customization, and enhancements. It ensures smooth upgrades, integrates with other systems, and provides user training and support, driving efficiency and meeting evolving business demands.

• Project Management and Service Delivery Operations
• Operation & project Management, Quality and Process Management, Customer Relationship Management, Setup IT Service for the IT infrastructure which involved service desk, Technical / Application support for services ( Platform Apple iOS configurator ) being a part of Mobility Innovation Team.
