  • 1.Led and executed the seamless migration of PiaaS servers onto the Azure cloud platform utilizing Microsoft MPI. Leveraged expertise in cloud architecture and migration strategies to ensure a smooth transition while optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and validate the migration process, achieving enhanced operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the Azure environment.
  • As a part of migration looked in to different aspects of server migration which involves, Assessment and Planning, setting up Azure MPI, Data Migration, Rebuilding/Replicating Applications, Testing and Optimization, Security and Compliance, Monitoring and Maintenance, Training and Documentation, Transition and Go-Live, Post-Migration Review.
  • Facilitate collaboration with multiple external partners, including cloud service providers, consultants, and vendors. Cultivate strong relationships, clarify roles and responsibilities, and establish communication channels to streamline coordination and maximize synergies.

  • Establish robust communication channels to ensure seamless information flow between all stakeholders, including partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment to identify potential challenges and mitigate them proactively. Consider factors such as data security, compliance, and technical compatibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan outlining all tasks, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies. Ensure clarity on the roles and responsibilities of each team and partner involved.
  • Implement a robust change management strategy to address resistance to change and ensure smooth transition for all stakeholders. Provide adequate training and support throughout the migration process.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of the migration project against set milestones and objectives. Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Prioritize data security and compliance throughout the migration process. Ensure that all data transferred to the cloud remains secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Effectively manage relationships with cloud service providers and other vendors involved in the migration project. Establish clear expectations, SLAs, and mechanisms for resolving issues promptly.
