Client : Western Digital.

• Manage and maintain client's 8 no's of DCs & 75 branches across the globe, including multivendor routers, switches and VPN solutions as per the business requirement by creating Bitbucket & Change Request (CR).
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations.
• Documenting network changes and updating diagrams accordingly.
• Establish BGP and OSPF dynamic routing between data centers and various sites.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including VISIO diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Do bandwidth Analysis, traffic monitoring through SolarWinds, Grafana, Splunk and Smokeping.

Project : De-Eatonizing network devices and monitoring tool clean up.

Client : EATON corporation

• Provide switch dumps for site migration in advance of the cutovers.
• Deconfiguration of network switches and access points.
• Removal of device data from Solarwinds, Cisco prime.
• Free the subnets from IPAM.

• Responsible for configuration of L2 &L3 services in various types of routers like Cisco, Nokia, and Huawei.
• Deactivation of L2 & L3 Services in various types of routers without deviations.
• Activities like service migrations from router to router, port shifting, VPN change carried without outages
• Creation of new VPN, policies, communities in multi-vendor environment.
• Carried IP pool additions in WAN service in various routers without downtime.
• Carried port bundling in Huawei and Nokia routers to add new ODU with existing IDU with same IP plan.
• Configuring networks using Routing protocols.
• Coordinating with field team and implement backbone links in line side.
• Test the mobility services end to end from POP to Core.
• Mobility Service (2G,3G,4G, DCN & Backbone) creation in both MPLS and Transmission media.
• Implementing new changes to the MPLS/ISP network without SA by maintaining SLA.

• Provisioning E1, DS3, STMxN and Ethernet over SDH circuits in PTN, ECI, Alcatel EMS/NMS
• Hands on experience in ECI & Alcatel NMS to provision, test & to trouble shoot
• Coordinating with various vendors like Alcatel, Nortel, Ciena, Huawei and ECI for troubleshooting and New Implementation
• Attending customer calls (Corporate & Service providers) for supporting them in making the circuits through.
