• Inspection and verification of Incoming material, FIM Material & verifying related material documents like Invoice, packing list, Challan, MDCC- material dispatch clearance certificate, MTC, Test reports etc.
• Solar Tracker Bi-facial MMS Module Auto level check as per standard drawings. Physical & dimension, (DFT) check of material at site as per the drawings.
• Survey of HT & LT Transmission Lines.
• Preparing Monthly MIS report, DQR-Daily quality report, Punch points report & sending to Vendor, Site & Head office concerned departments.
• Issue of Memo i.e. FOM, NC for field quality deviations. Maintain company QA/QC at site, safety practice implementation.
• Quality Inspection of Transformer, Power panel, Capacitor Panel, Control Panel, VCB(Vacuum Circuit Breaker), LA(Lightning Arrestor), CT(Current Transformer), PT(Potential Transformer), Isolator, Making Earthing Pits as per standard quality norms.
• Stage wise Inspection of 33 KV Overhead Transmission line (Internal & External Line).
• HT, LT, signal & control cable laying, cable tray work, cable termination & commissioning.
• Underground HT cables laying, termination & commissioning.

• BOQ estimation, material indenting & planning for projects including SCADA Network, Contractors & Vendors Assessment.
• Site Identification, Land acquisition, 33/66 KV Substation land identification, and its acquisition to its commissioning, 33KV internal & external line, 66KV external Tower Line, USS construction.
• Vendor finalization, negotiations, ROW resolution, CSR activities, internal & external road construction, Turbine foundation.
• Job delegations to all Site engineers & coordination with HO concerned departments.

• As a Site Incharge looking after a fleet of Engineers, contract person, liasioning with local authorities, Govt. officials & Execution of Project activities given below:
• Erection & commissioning of 1.5 MW Wind Turbines, 33kv line, Sub-Station.
• Resolution of all ROW, CSR activities in villages for smooth running of Project.
• Carry out 5S activity, Safety of entire territory as per schedule & level agreed. Optimizing cost and handling site effectively.

Successfully commissioned 300 MW projects at Fatehgarh & Devicot (Rajasthan).

• Successful Commissioning of 220 KV Tower Line from Akal 400 KV GSS to Bhikshar 220 KV Sub Station.
• Successfully Commissioning of 66 KV Multi Circuit Tower Line Jajiya, 220 KV Sub Station to Salkha Village (24 Km. Length).
• Have working experience in project execution, supervision/management of EHV Transmission lines 220KV, 33KV & civil works with excellent project management skills.
• Newly M/C’s H.T, L.T., Transformer, V.C.B, C&R Panel, erection & commissioning. Optical fibre cable laying & connectivity of all turbines through it.
• Leading and training the fleet of Engineers and new employees. Documentation and analysis of Data and Site details for Audit and handover-takeover purposes.

• Assistance in erection & commissioning and then carrying out independent preventive & break-down maintenance of following machines: -
• Pre-treatment Range, Continuous Dyeing Range (Benninger), Multi-flow Dyeing Color kitchen (MCS). Overhauling & testing of electrical motors and their necessary repairs.

• Final checking and inspection of Solar modules. Overhauling and testing of imported electrical motors and their necessary repairs.
• Job delegation to juniors & training them machine maintenance, solar modules assembling. Supervising and verifying preventive maintenance as per schedule for solar power plant equipment.
