Project Highlights:

1. eCommerce Weekly Pulse Report (Client: Walmart)

Business Requirement: Design and Develop the eCommerce Weekly Pulse Report which includes an utilization of backend data sources to ensure reliability and achieve automation to greatest possible extent.

• Project has been executed from initial phase.
• Started with Data discovery for updating the backend views.
• Identified the various dimension tables and fact tables to create the data modeling between heterogeneous data sources like SharePoint datasheets, Google big query consumption views, Power Bi dataflow.
• Implemented various business logic and created different Metrics & KPI’s as per the business requirement.
• Currently Redesigning the eCommerce Weekly Pulse Report as per new design provided by business.

Project Highlights:

1. Distributors of Electronics Equipments (Client-WASS US):

Established Internal dashboard for an business analysis to get insights into account performance on weekly/monthly/yearly basis. Monitor changes and evaluate variance with respect to revenue and resource utilization.

2. Health Insurance (Client: Cigna-US)

Design and develop the internal dashboard for business users have identified few areas need monitoring form business perspective. So that users can understand and identify the areas which need immediate attention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Created various filter like Quick, Context and Data Source filters as per Requirement.
• Designed the Different Types of Charts and Advance Charts.
• Designed Developed Dashboards as per Requirement.
• Publish the reports into the server.
• Publish various reports on daily/ yearly / quarterly / monthly and weekly operational trend reports (top line growth and performance/ Brands and sub-brands/ sales development opportunities) and key metrics to support and improve business processes with financial planning and analysis
• Publishing the weekly performance reviews and commercial performance reviews with the actual, targets and achievements of the sales representative’s region wise or geography wise that will help the Sales managers to give out variable pay bonuses.
• Publishing the KPI’s and Rankings of the sales representatives in their respective regions
• Consolidation and Integration of various sub-reports and data onto the final deck
• Handling change requests and providing the reports as per business requirements and also performing UAT testing
• Delivering the reports and decks as per deadline
