Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Managing day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, data centers.
• Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for mission-critical banking systems.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations.

Incident & Problem Management

• Managing tickets in Workbench ticketing tool and Act as escalation point for major incidents and outages.
• Managing all IT related issues in South region Branches/Offices(Tamil Nadu/Kerala,Karnataka/Andhra and Telangana).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain SLAs and ensure minimal downtime.

Security and Compliance

• Responsible for Managing Microsoft Configuration Manager tool (SCCM) - to maintain banking devices with up-to-date security patches, configurations, and regulatory compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with application teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers and manage vendor relationships.

Branch Expansion and Decommissioning

• Managed end-to-end IT activities for new branch openings, mergers, and closures, including system setup, migration, and secure decommissioning.

On-site IT Support & Operations

• Provide dedicated on-site IT infrastructure and application support for banking operations.
• Ensure continuous availability of critical banking systems and branch-level infrastructure.

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Support servers, desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software.

Incident & Problem Management

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Coordinate with bank IT teams to align operational priorities.

• Visits client or branch locations to resolve IT issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
• Diagnoses problems, resolves them on-site, or escalates to higher-level teams.
• Performs preventive maintenance and system health checks.
